Description:

PharmaForce International (PFI) is searching for a professional Associate Research Analyst to be based out of their Reading, PA office

PFI specializes in sales, marketing and medical market research for the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries

Duties:

Position Roles and Responsibilities to include:

Working with colleagues across multiple functional areas to develop a strong understanding of corporate operations

  • Participate in pharmaceutical industry market research and competitive intelligence initiatives
    • Primary and secondary research and analysis
    • Attend industry-specific conferences and trade shows to develop a working knowledge of relevant industry topics and a strong understanding of PFI product offerings
    • Additional supportive research tasks as required
  • Develop a working knowledge and full understanding of the company’s proprietary pharmaceutical sales deployment database and participate in the administration of this tool
  • Sales and Marketing support
    • Provide support for marketing initiatives as required
    • Initially observe and ultimately participate in client interactions
    • Attend project presentations to clients as needed
  • Production and Quality Control
    • Develop a full understanding of the process for producing client-ready products

Qualifications:

Personal Skills and Competencies:

Analytical and strategic thinking

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to establish and sustain strong business relationships

Strong organizational skills

Creative mindset

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree is required

Business emphasis (marketing or management) preferred

Demonstrated leadership skills and personal initiative

Minimum 2 years employment in a business to business environment

Pharmaceutical industry experience a plus

Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is required
